Starting projects but struggling to finish them, and putting things off until the last minute.

✓

Losing track

✓

Working twice as hard

HOW ADHD IS TREATED

Most people do best with a mix.

01

Medication

If it's right for you, we prescribe stimulant or non-stimulant medication and fine-tune it at regular follow-ups.

02

Skills & coaching

Coaching builds routines, planning and follow-through. ADHD coaching memberships start at $99/mo.

03

Support at school & work

School and work accommodations, plus free tools and guides to use between visits.

What our patients say.

Everything ADHD, in one place.

Medication Management

If medication is right for you, we prescribe and adjust it with regular follow-up visits.

Free ADHD Screening

Not sure where to start? Take our free 6-question screening, based on the WHO Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale.

ADHD Tools & Resources

Books, apps and focus tools our team recommends, plus tips for school and work.

Life & ADHD Coaching

Monthly ADHD coaching memberships from $99/mo. Not therapy or medical care.

Not sure yet? Start with six questions.

Our free ADHD screening is based on the World Health Organization’s Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS v1.1). It isn’t a diagnosis, but it can help you decide whether a full evaluation makes sense.
