COLLEGE & WORK

Staying organized at school and on the job.

Classes, assignments, deadlines and everyday responsibilities can feel like a lot. These are the tools that tend to help students most:

✓ A visual study timer, like the Time Timer MOD above

✓ A semester planner or weekly tracker, like the Brain Dump Notepad

✓ One shared calendar in Google Calendar or a similar app

✓ A distraction blocker, like The Brick or the Forest app

✓ An executive-function book, like The Smart but Scattered Guide to Success

We work with students at colleges across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including those near Rowan University, Rutgers University–Camden and the University of Pennsylvania. Mendful Minds is not affiliated with any college or university.

Need accommodation documentation?

ADHD coaching helps with routines and follow-through. An ADHD evaluation is a separate clinical service that can lead to a diagnosis and accommodation documentation for college or work.
